Today we are doing Linda's Liver Sausage Biscuits
200g rolled oats
150g cottage cheese
100g liver sausage/sausage meat
6 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 egg
Makes about 40
Mix all the ingredients to make a dough. It should not be too firm.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Shape the dough into little balls. Place them in the cold oven, set it to 180 degrees and bake for 30 mins.
Cool on a rack and store in a biscuit tin.
Ha ha ha, the biscuits will keep for about 3 weeks! You are joking, my fur babies will see the back of them in 3 days tops.
Are they appreciative? I think so.
